Sulu Terrace

Situated on a private 2,000 square metre landscape overlooking a large canopy of trees, the rustic Sulu Terrace is modeled after the traditional rice barns of the southern Philippines and the Malay archipelago, with bare wood-beamed ceilings and thatched rooves hanging above your bed. The bedroom and sitting lounge are located on the upper floor, with an outdoor lounge area and bathroom located outside and downstairs. Fully air-conditioned and beautifully decorated with native materials, these suites impart the cozy feeling of a modern day tree house with all the luxuries of home. The Sulu Terrace works well for groups wanting to have their own private setting.

Anahaw Terrace

Inspired by traditional Philippine leaf-roofed houses, the lofts that make up the Terrace Suites are clustered in trios and nestled in the hillside overlooking a picturesque stream. Natural grace, simple classic design, and a sense of seclusion makes the Anahaw Terrace a comfortable place of respite for families.  

Palmera Suites

Our Palmera Suites are set in tropical modern design. Palmera Suites are tastefully appointed with 12-foot high interiors, jewel-toned Thai silks, spacious private gardens, Hawaiian lanais-style verandas, and open-air rainshowers.

Garden Villas

Our six Garden Villas, set amidst oases of green with their own private gardens, are intimate personal spaces created for the ultimate in relaxation. Each Villa is abundant in luxury amenities,  with refreshing views and an exhilarating open-air bathroom. Warm woods, stone and glass, showers open to the sky, walled private jewel-toned Thai silks, tasteful furnishings and remarkable architectural detail create a feeling of both elegance and comfort. Villas have their own private Hawaiian lanai-style verandas, the perfect place to meditate on the day’s  occurences as you marvel at the beautiful colors of the sunset.  

Master Villa

Set in the center of the The Farm’s lush tropical gardens, the Master Villa is The Farm’s most exclusive accommodation. The master bedroom features beautiful teak-covered walls and ceilings, stunning views of the Villa’s gardens, and the Malarayat mountain range rising up above the morning mist. The spacious bathroom is finished in rich teak with luxurious amenities, including a homemade lemongrass and sea salt body polish, handmade soaps, and coconut oil produced from The Farm’s own organic coconut plantation. Adjacent to the bathroom is an exclusive spa garden for in-villa spa treatments and medical services.

The living area also works as a second guest room, with twin daybeds and its own separate bathroom. The Master Villa also has its own fully-equipped kitchen and a private outdoor heated swimming pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. A personal staff member is on hand for regular housekeeping and any special requests guests may have.
